The good I have received restricts
as Spirit from within convicts
But once again, my soul relents
and evil thoughts to me presents
The struggle ‘tween the two ensues
as mere temptation lights the fuse
exploding, now a raging fire
but is this really my desire?
So just in time I start to think
and thus, I’m rescued from the brink…
