So many casualties in this war of the souls
In many anxious hearts despair’s taken hold
For the Battle’s raging and He’s been gone for so long
In the eyes of the faithless all hope is gone
Forces of evil assault every side
The walls are crumbling there’s no where to hide
Yet we stand in darkness with our swords drawn
We are watching and waiting for the hope of the dawn

But with one word of victory His foes he will slay
A one-sided battle swift and complete
He will smite the nations they will fall at His feet

Little chapel down the street

Would emotions be uncontrollable?
Would the grief be inconsolable?
But instead an eerie look of calm resides upon her face
That the world cannot give and circumstances can’t erase
